Terms of Use

The Site sells adult products and is for adults only. By using the Site you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, and of legal age to buy adult products where you live
• You are buying for yourself or another adult, and will not give or show our products to a minor
• Buying and owning these products is legal where you live

We may cancel any order we believe was placed by or for someone under 18.

An order confirmation email means we received your order. It does not mean we accepted it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or lack of stock. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you in full.

We may limit quantities per person, household or order, and we may decline orders that appear to come from resellers.

You agree to give accurate and complete billing, shipping and contact details. Payments are processed through our checkout provider, Shopify, and you agree to pay the full price shown at checkout, including any tax.

Prices and product availability can change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time.

We try to show our products accurately, but colors and details can look different on your screen. Occasionally the Site may contain a mistake in a description, price, promotion, shipping time or stock level. We may correct any error and cancel affected orders, even after you have placed one.

Shipping is covered by our Shipping and Delivery policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Our products are sold as adult novelty items for personal use by adults. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Read and follow the instructions and warnings that come with each product. Clean products before and after every use. Stop using a product and talk to a doctor if you feel pain or discomfort. Check the product materials before buying if you have an allergy or sensitivity. You are responsible for how you use our products.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for anything unlawful
• Give false or misleading information
• Copy, resell or exploit any part of the Site or its content without our written permission
• Upload viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site's security
• Scrape, crawl or collect other people's personal information
• Harass, abuse or threaten anyone through the Site

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

The Site's design, text, images, logos and product names belong to us or our licensors. You may view the Site for personal shopping only.

If you send us a review, comment or suggestion, you allow us to use, edit, publish and share it in any medium without paying you. We may publish reviews without your name. We may remove any content we consider unlawful, offensive or in breach of these Terms, but we are not obliged to monitor it.

Your reviews and comments must be your own, must be truthful, and must not break the law or anyone else's rights.

The Site may link to or use third-party websites and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

The Site and all products sold through it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that information on it is always accurate or current.

This section does not limit your rights under our Refund and Return Policy if a product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Javaughn69ways LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product bought through it. This applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or anything else.

Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Javaughn69ways LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and service providers from any third-party claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arises from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Site. We may end your access at any time, without notice, if we believe you have broken them. Anything you owe, and any obligation that arose before termination, continues afterward.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in DeSoto County, Mississippi.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. Section headings are for convenience only.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
