This Privacy Policy explains what personal information 69ways collects, how we use it and who we share it with when you visit or buy from 69ways.co (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Javaughn69ways LLC ("we", "us").
We know that what you buy here is private. We collect only what we need to run the store and deliver your order, and we do not sell your personal information.
01Information we collect#
Device information. When you visit the Site we automatically collect your browser type, IP address, time zone, cookie information, the pages and products you view, and how you interact with the Site. We use this to load the Site correctly and keep it secure.
Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and payment details. We use this to process your payment, ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, answer your questions and screen for fraud.
Payment information. Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout. Your card details go directly to the payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
Customer support information. If you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details so we can help you.
Email sign-ups. If you join our email list, we collect your email address and send you news and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Age confirmation. The Site asks you to confirm you are 18 or older before entering.

04Analytics and advertising#

11Visitors outside the United States#
The Site is operated in the United States and we only ship to U.S. addresses. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.
